Expert network

AI tools for upstream only earn trust when domain experts stand behind them. InLabs is building a network of independent specialists who will review model outputs, test assumptions and tell us when an answer would not survive a field review.

Where we are starting

Petrophysics and drilling engineering. We expect to begin with two part-time, U.S.-based specialists, one in each field, working with us on a contract basis once the first pilot project is agreed, and to grow the network as pilots grow.

What an expert does

Reviews outputs against their own experience; helps set the acceptance criteria for a pilot; flags edge cases and failure modes; advises on what the tool should never claim.
